TeleRead reviews Glowlight vs Kindle

"Nook Simple Touch with GlowLight vs. the Kindle Touch", review at TeleRead.

(See photos in the article which illustrates the relative evenness of the light on the two devices.)

For my Kindle 3 I bought one of those nice, expensive Amazon leather covers with a built-in light. But I found that the light was simply well too uneven to give a pleasant reading experience. Quite disappointing, since otherwise it'd have been very smart and handy.
So it seems pretty certain that a Kindle will appear with a front-lighting system built in like on the Nook Glowlight. They can't leave a competitive advantage of that magnitude stand.

These pictures, and even the title of the article, are taken directly from the Teleread site. No credit is given

Shame on you for passing other people's work off as your own.

Paul,

I am very sorry, I have amended the post.

It has long been my habit to use the title from a post I link to, then put it in italics and then a link to it. If that's not sufficient to make it clear that it's the title of an article which is linked to, I'll try to figure out a better way.

Yes, giving credit for photos is normal. I often forget to, probably in the assumption that my readers are going to follow the link. Getting them to follow the link is the prime purpose of my post, but I guess some don't.
But point taken, I'll aim to do better, and clearer. I have never now or in the past intended to show off others' work as my own!

I apologize for the upset. You run a great site.

Addition:
Paul mailed to me that he can hardly see the link.

On the design template I originally used to design the blog over, a visited link is grey (on a light blue background). And since you had of course already visited your own post, the link would show grey instead of green as it does for everybody who hasn’t visited the post.
I’ll see if I can come up with a better color for visited links, it’s true it is hard to see on my background.
